11th Hour Radio
Co-hosts Kristina Stykos & Emily Howe debrief the week with humorous banter relating to the ups and downs of being artist-types trying to make ends meet in rural Vermont. Each episode includes interludes of homegrown music from Kristina and friends. Based on their live radio show broadcast Fridays at 11 a.m. on Royalton Community Radio, WFVR-LP, South Royalton, Vermont.

Co-hosts Emily Ferro and Kristina Stykos in a rare phone conversation since they both hate talking on the phone. Pre-recorded a couple nights before broadcast, they discuss topics including how tired they are, Emily’s work with critical, uncooperative kids in public school dance classes, renovating an iris bed, lawn mower phobia, the challenges of recording a radio show while tethered to a wall phone, baby head size, a micro-cell adventure and bats in the studio, weekend entertainment at a rural road rally, the enigma of wanting to always leave parties early, brain pinching, using tennis rackets to trap errant wildlife, shamanic rebirth, Memorial Day confusion, driving illegally on studded snow tires in May, a tick-in-scotch-tape display,  and so much more!

Featuring music from Vermont musicians and friends: Hot Flannel [Temperance Reel]; Lizzy Mandell [Like It Like That]; Kristina Stykos [When You Love Someone]; Kristina Stykos [Three Jigs]
